[Lipstick, foundation and lip liner gifted to me by Charlotte Tilbury]

When the winter months roll around most people start to sport darker lips again, but I tend to sport a red lip for almost 365 days a year. Whether you're a red lipstick obsessive like myself, or a strictly festive red lip lover – it's always important to have the perfect red lipstick (and accompanying makeup too).

Makeup purchases come and go... there will be some products that we definitely won't re-purchase, some that might re-purchase and some that we will 100% be re-purchasing in the near future. This summer I have discovered some amazing makeup - both drugstore and high-end - I just have to share these beautiful finds with you all because I'll definitely be re-purchasing them, which in turn means I 100% recommend each and every product featured within this post. Keep on reading to discover my current must-haves...

The question on everyones lips is what's in a blogger's makeup bag.. well, here is what's in mine. I am obsessed with Benefit Cosmetics at the moment. The quality of their products is super great and I am so impressed with everything I have tried, including their (sort of new) Lolli Balm. It leaves my lips feeling soft, looking hydrated and smelling beautifully scented, try this wonder-product if you want all of the above. MAC is also another favourite brand of mine, especially for their powder and foundation, they leave my skin looking fresh and radiant and they never fail me, I can always count on these amazing essentials. Boi-ing which is also by Benefit is THE best concealer you will ever purchase. It covers: spots, blemishes, dark circles and uneven skin tones. Did I mention that Benefit's fairly new 'Gimme BROW' is absolutely amazing? It perfects my brows and leaves them in tip-top condition too. I didn't think I'd love it as much as I do, in-fact, I might have to borrow my mum's one when I run out;) The only Benefit product that I'm not too keen on is their 'They're Real, Push Up Liner' I just can't seem to get the hang of it. I much prefer using a normal liquid liner. If you are unsure about trying Benefit, just buy one product and I can assure you, you will be back at your nearest Benefit counter in no time purchasing your next products, they are the best makeup brand out there.

What's your favourite makeup brand?
Hello everyone!

Today after my MRI scan (I have gallstones so I had to have a scan before they can operate, long story but oh well) I purchased some new makeup items, such as this fabulous MUA Eyeshadow palette! It is so lovely and good value for money too. The colours are blend-able and versatile, these colours will compliment absolutely anything and everything you choose to wear. The only downside is the eyeshadow sponge, it isn't very good quality, right now I am using a Clinique soft angled brush and RealTechniques detailing brush. I would give this product 9/10, simply because £4 is a very decent price to pay for such a high quality palette, even though the sponge isn't fabulous.

Superdrug // MUA // Heaven and Earth // Eyeshadow Palette // £4

If you have any left over xmas money or you simply just need or want to try a new eyeshadow palette, this one is perfect as it is not expensive and really good/brilliant quality for the price. (Just invest in a good set of brushes too)

Hope you are all well... please comment with any products you want me to review etc....

many thanks for reading,
lots of love...
