Autumn is finally here and I am absolutely delighted to say so! I am here to help you all achieve an affordable yet chic take on the perfect Autumnal outfit that is perfect for the transition from Summer.
Block colours are perfect for this time of year, as are patterns, but I'm quite liking block colours at the moment as you can wear more jewellery and accessories. Talking of accessories I was sent the most gorgeous gillet from the amazing catwalk inspired boutique... Laundry! Laundry Boutique and I have collaborated previously this year for SS14 for my post 'Pretty in Pink'. This collaboration has gone a lot better I feel, as my blog has tripled it's traffic, I have more of an idea on my own style and the photographs are a lot more vivid. The gillet featured above is absolutely perfect for the transitional weather and I can see it becoming a strong favourite in my AW14 wardrobe, it's one of those pieces that you can wear again and again for years and years, I am positive that it will still belong to me in many years to come!
The dress. Well, this gorgeous dress is from an amazing label called Louche. They make the most gorgeous dresses and they suit me perfectly. The black chunky shoes are from River Island, they are super comfy and very versatile, they go with anything and absolutely everything! The necklace is from Forever 21, the earrings are from River Island and the bag... this gorgeous, shiny, patent black leather, holy grail of a handbag is from the one and only Lulu Guinness. Lulu Guinness makes the most dreamy handbags and accessories that you could ever imagine, I myself am lucky enough to own 6 pieces from her, they are addictive!

As you all know, I was super lucky to have attended London Fashion Week this September and I was even luckier to have met the lovely ladies from the Camilla Elphick shoe brand and also Camilla herself, which was a wonderful moment for me and my blog. Camilla Elphick is an experienced shoe designer that has now launched her very own shoe brand. Camilla has worked with many people and brands that include: Topshop, Donna Karen, Sophia Webster and many more. Her new shoe collection "You Got The Luck" is absolutely flawless. Every pair has been made with TLC in Italy and they all look beyond beautiful too. My favourite pair would probably have to be her 'Black Magic' (pictured above) pointed flats as they are eye-catching, pretty and hence the name, they look magical! I would really love pair as they are so versatile and would look great styled with dresses, jeans, skirts or trousers! If you're a lover of flats or heels, Camilla will have something that you are sure to love! Be sure to check out her new collection for SS15... below are the links to some of Camilla's pages.
I have fallen in love with Camilla's shoes, I am sure that you will too! Comment below what you like about her new range, which ones are your favourites?

Luxury Goods are becoming more
and more sought after with Women these days, especially those who lead opulent lifestyles. I myself own a few luxury accessories but not as many as I
would like as they are so expensive! My personal favourite brand is Louis
Vuitton. It’s safe to say I’m probably obsessed. I am truly fascinated by Louis
Vuitton and his luxurious brand.
My favourite leather canvas
they use would be the classic Monogram and the historic Damier and Damier Azur.
They do a wide variety of items that will suit anyone’s desired taste in this
particular canvas . From trunks to bracelets and handbags to belts, you are
sure to find something that will satisfy your opulent needs. If you are looking
for an iconic piece that you will get your use out of then the Speedy would be
the perfect choice, whether you choose the 25, 30 or 35 this handbag will treat
you well if you treat it well.
Choose a canvas to suit you and your
acquired taste, whether it is light and summery, dark and wintery or practical and
versatile the three canvases on offer in the Speedy style bag will please you
perfectly. The Speedy 35 is £565 and is sold at any Louis Vuitton fashion
house, online from their official website or from Harrods or Selfridges.
Maybe you’re not looking for an
iconic handbag but you’re still lusting over the prints of their canvases? Well
then the ‘Keep It’ bracelet is the perfect choice, especially if you like the
Damier or Damier Azur Canvas. This beautiful piece is recognisable but not too 'loud' and abrupt compared to a handbag or trunk. The price is also significantly lower so
this might suit your bank balance a little better.
Maybe none of the above suit
your style, so I would suggest a simple scarf or shawl. These can range from
£210 to much, much more. Depending on the material, style and colour, you’ll be
able to find one to suit you and your price range. You can dress these simple
yet divine accessories with a simple white shirt, denim jeans and brogues for a
masculine silhouette with a very feminine edge. These scarves and shawls are so
versatile and I think they’re a great investment, I really hope to purchase one of these one day.
Louis Vuitton 1900's 149 New Bond Street, London |
I could honestly talk about
Louis Vuitton all day because I find the brand itself and its history really
intriguing. Louis Vuitton thought that the world needed a new design for cases
and trunks, so in 1858, he introduced stackable rectangular shaped trunks to a
market that only had rounded tops. These new designs were waterproof meaning
that rain would run off of them easily, protecting the contents. At
first the leather wasn’t monogrammed, in fact it was a few years after Louis Vuitton
died that his son came up with the monogram design. His son Georges Vuitton
created the ‘Steamer’ bag that was a smaller piece of luggage, this was their
first handbag design and, well, the rest is history.
I think that owning a few
pieces from Louis Vuitton has spiked my interest in the brand and the
remarkable history behind it.. When you own an item from a brand that was
established years ago, I think that it’s important to know the history behind
it. Buy an Iconic piece today that might be historic in years to come.
What are your favourite luxury brands
and why?

On Saturday 13th September 2014, I attended London Fashion Week as part of the UK Press. I didn't see any catwalks on that day but I did get to browse the showrooms and flaunt around Somerset House showing of my gorgeous Monki dress, Phantom Jewels statement necklace and Lulu Guinness handbag. I kept my outfit simple, glamorous and very fun! I was very pleased with what I wore as I think it stood out and looked eye-catching. I got loads of comments on my necklace and lots of head-turns with my handbag. Overall the impression I made on the day was brilliant! I also got to promote my blog a little bit, which made me very happy! After spending an hour or two at the venue I then went on to do some much needed retail therapy with my wonderful mummy, which was very fun as London is our favourite city. Today, Sunday 14th September 2014, I shall be browsing around more of the Designer Showrooms and attending a showcase of an upcoming designer, which I can elaborate more on in the coming days.
I loved wearing everything that I wore to LFW and I am so chuffed with the comments and exposure I got. Hopefully my blog will grow and grow!
I hope you liked my outfit!
