[Contains PR samples from Lancôme]

Lancôme have just launched a brand new lipstick range – L'Absolu Rouge Intimatte is a fresh take on matte lip colour. Not overly bold nor discrete, this new lipstick is subtle, sophisticated and elegant.

With a 'barely there' texture, L'Absolu Rouge Intimatte fuses with the lips to create a blur of subtle colour – perfect for making a statement without being too bold, and great for those 'no-makeup makeup days'.

Lancôme wanted to create a lipstick similar to their L'Absolu Rouge Drama Matte, but with a quieter more muted colour impact. In the new L'Absolu Rouge Intimatte, Lancôme have used half the number of pigments used in the L'Absolu Rouge Drama Matte – they also added new blurring agents and a soft gliding complex.

From top to bottom: 274 Killing Me Softly, 888 Kind Of Sexy, 282 Very French, 130 Not Flirting

The new L'Absolu Rouge Initimatte (RRP: £27) contains a trio ingredients that soften your lips and ensure comfort all day long. These ingredients are: Pro-Xylan, Rose Extract and Hyaluronic Acid. All three ingredients merge together to ensure lips are supple, soft, comforted and hydrated.

I was kindly gifted four of the new 15 shades to try out, and I am absolutely in love! I received 130 Not Flirting (a gorgeous red with an orange undertone), 282 Very French (a brown hued beige), 274 Killing Me Softly (a deep woody brown nude), and 888 Kind Of Sexy (a burgundy hued red). All four of these shades are creamy, silky and matte at the same time – the scent, the texture, the way it glides and the way it looks – I just ADORE everything about L'Absolu Rouge Intimatte.

(These lipsticks were gifted to me with no obligation to post)

I really love these lipsticks. They are super hydrating (not drying at all), incredibly pigmented and super long lasting. They're definitely my new favourite texture of lipstick because it's such a comfortable formula to wear!
